AFTER WE HAVE COMPLETED THE WORK, ITEM IS SENT TO YOU VIA SHIPPING OPTION YOU HAVE SELECTED IN WEBSHOP.
WE E-MAIL YOU THE TRACKING NUMBER OF SENT PACKAGE, SO WE COULD BOTH MONITOR ARRIVAL OF YOUR ITEM(S).

AFTER WE ARE NEAR COMPLETED THE WORK, ALMOST FINISHED, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE REMAINING PAYMENT.
ITEM IS SENT TO YOU VIA SHIPPING OPTION YOU HAVE SELECTED IN WEBSHOP.
WE WILL E-MAIL YOU THE TRACKING NUMBER OF SENT PACKAGE, SO WE COULD BOTH MONITOR ARRIVAL OF YOUR ITEM(S).

RIG BOX MUST BE INCLUDED IF YOU ORDER RIGS, AND REQUIRE SHIPPING (NO MATTER WHAT SHIPPING METHOD YOU CHOOSE: CURRIER, CLASSIC POSTAL OR ON EVENT). ONLY IN OCCASIONS WHEN CUSTOMER ARRANGES PERSONAL PICKUP, THAN YOU’RE NOT OBLIGATED TO PURCHASE RIG BOX. FOR SAFETY OF THE GEAR, BOX MUST BE INCLUDED.

WARRANTY IS 2 YEARS, WE ACCEPT REFUNDS IN FULL.

2 YEAR WARRANTY IS PROVIDED FOR COMPLETE “IOM” BODY (HULL, FIN, RUDDER, BULB, BUMPER).
CONSUMABLE PARTS (WINCH, DRUM, SERVO, BATTERY, DECK PATCHES) HAVE 20 DAYS WARRANTY, BUT WE GUARANTEE FOR ALL OUR PARTS TO WORK WHEN DEPLOYED.

REFUNDS ARE ACCEPTABLE IN FULL WITHIN 20 DAYS.
IF FOR ANY REASON YOU’RE NOT SATISFIED WITH OUR PRODUCT, YOU CAN SEND IT BACK TO US (ON YOUR SHIPPING COST), YOU WILL RECEIVE THE ENTIRE AMOUNT OF MONEY PAID FOR PRODUCT.

ALWAYS CHECK THE ORDER (INVOICE) AND COMPARE IT WITH RECEIVED ITEMS BEFORE YOU SIGN FOR DELIVERY!
