IOM Masterclass

Professional IOM sailing mentorship with practical on-water coaching, theory sessions and detailed video analysis. Learn with Sailboat RC’s championship-winning Zvonko Jelačić, the world’s most awarded IOM sailor.

Sailboat RC Masterclass helps sailors improve boat speed, tuning, race preparation, tactics and decision-making. You receive direct guidance based on decades of IOM development and top-level international racing.

Moreover, this is a unique RC sailing learning format. Sailboat RC has delivered IOM knowledge and coaching to sailors on every continent, and many participants return because they see real value on the racecourse.

Practical IOM Coaching

Training focuses on details that shape performance. For example, we work on rig trim, sail trim, starts, boat handling, tactical choices and changing wind or wave conditions.

In addition, on-water sessions include analysis and clear recommendations. Therefore, you can apply the lessons later in your own racing.

Open to Every IOM Sailor

You do not need to sail a Sailboat RC yacht to participate, although it can help you understand our setup approach more directly.

Sailors with all IOM designs are welcome. Also, we adapt guidance to your experience, equipment and performance goals.

International Masterclass Events

Choose from full Sailboat RC Masterclass mentorship programmes or focused Masterclass Essentials events. We hold them at selected international sailing locations.

Some programmes connect with major IOM regattas. As a result, sailors can test new knowledge immediately in real racing conditions.

Join Sailboat RC Masterclass for expert IOM coaching, individual support and a memorable learning experience with sailors from around the world.
