Highly customized or “special request” sails (alternative materials, special patch colors not listed here, or any special rig setup that needs email arrangements) are produced within email arranged timeline.

Both jib and mainsail are built with a wire luff encased in a pocket as standard, and the wire is supplied with the sails. Telltales are pre-fitted to the jib.

By default, the DF95 Suit A (No.1) includes:

• A (No.1) Jib: 50 µm advanced monofilm “AeroWhite”
• A (No.1) Mainsail: 50 µm advanced monofilm “AeroWhite”

Feel free to order different materials on your suit for fun, but remember that class rules need both jib and mainsail to be from the same material, for example 50+50 microns, not 36+50 microns! Rules are clear here: “H.2 Construction – Construction shall be a soft sail of a single ply. The Jib and Mainsail of any given rig size shall be constructed from the same ply.”

This configuration performs exceptionally across the 0–13 knots wind range.
If you prefer lighter material (e.g. 36 µm), you can request it by email after ordering (again, both jib and mainsail per rules must be from the same ply if you compete on official DF95 events).
Our materials deliver superior stretch resistance, holding shape perfectly through changing wind without constant re-trimming.

You may also select different patch colors to help distinguish your sails easily on the water.

Compared with the standard mass-produced DF95 sails, these upgraded Sailboat RC versions show subtle yet measurable performance gains.
We use our proprietary “AeroWhite” monofilm as main sail material, refined corner patch lamination, and IOM-inspired luff precision, applied with the same methodology as our top-level IOM and other RC sailing class production.
The difference is not dramatic, but it is real — the DF class is one-design, and these sails sit precisely at the high end of that standard, offering smoother entry, better leech stability, and visually cleaner geometry.
